Register here for studio classes. See our available times below and pick a time that works best for you.

Studio Closed until June 1

On June 1, 8, 15, 22 the studio will offer its Saturday -Self Care Foundations class at 10am.
On June 3, 10, 17, 24 the studio will offer its Monday - Beginning Yoga class at 5:30pm.
Then everyone gathers wonderful stories to tell of what we all did in July and August and we share them at the beginning of October at our fall reopening.

Yoga Hikes with Audubon

If you wish to mix your yoga with the great outdoors, please join me for the Audubon Society Summer Hikes. This year there will be yoga hikes on Sunday, June 23 (Bear Mountain) and Sunday, July 21(Seismic Trail up Pyramid). We meet at 9:30am at the ferry terminal office at the end of Center St. All hikes on the Audubon Schedule are offered free of charge including the yoga hikes!
