Veronica Costa-Bolton
Veronica began her relationship with yoga and Pilates over 25 years ago being a faithful student of several different styles for many years until finding her "home" with certifications first in STOTT Pilates [Matwork & Reformer] then in Kripalu Yoga. This sparked a passion for learning in these areas and she has since completed courses in Integrative Restoration, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Advanced Yoga Teacher training with Emphasis in Yoga Therapy, Fascial Movement Instructor Course and just for fun "Total Barre Foundations" Instructors course.
Veronica also practices Vipassana meditation and deeply believes that the health of body, mind and spirit are symbiotic. Learning how to be a three dimensional integrated being is the foundation and the heart of her teaching.

In 2019 and 2020, under the instruction of the staff at St. Petersburg Yoga in St. Petersburg, Florida, he earned his 200 hour teaching certification. His classes will include balancing breath, stability and rejuvenation work.
